Our suite was good sized and had a kitchenette. We were there for 3 nights and had dinner at lounge restaurant...

Our Three-Bedroom Suite was massive! Loved having a fully equipped kitchen, and the indoor pool was a nice retreat after a long day. Plus, the location is so convenient, just a short walk to shops and eateries.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. We struggled to connect, difficult to share moments with friends. The location left something to be desired, as it was a bit far from key attractions.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We explored Lumphini Park and enjoyed its serene atmosphere. The spacious kitchen made cooking together fun, and the staff were super friendly. The tuk-tuk service was a handy perk, getting us to shopping areas easily.

The service exceeded my expectations, especially with the manager personally cute us during check-in. The room featured a comfortable bed and a surprising jacuzzi, made for a unique touch. I loved the view of the city, especially during sunset. It added a special charm to our stay.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Despite the initial confusion with the taxi driver, the receptionists quickly resolved the issue. The breakfast catering may not be gourmet, but it's decent and saves you the hassle of making your own.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the BTS station and shopping malls. The room was newly renovated and the modern setting made it feel like a home away from home. I appreciated having a washing machine and dryer to use for free, as well as complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea. The toiletries provided were great and it was nice to have toothbrushes and toothpaste available. The staff, especially Alice, the manager, were amazing and really made my stay fantastic.
